"Purple weekend no.2." starts off with a double concert on 730 April 2010, 14:14

Cry Free - Deep Purple's Favourite Tribute
"Purple weekend no.2." starts off with a double concert on 7 May at the biggest rock club in Hungary, Wigwam Rock Palace, Budapest. Nasty Habits from Austria and Cry Free are on the bill, both featuring Deep Purple founding member Nick Simper. The legendary bassist will perform a complete set of Mk1 Purple songs with the Austrian musicians, and will also join Cry Free as a special guest in their tribute to the original Purple line-up, including new songs and arrangements that have been specifically chosen for this show. The Hungarian Deep Purple Cover Band will also play tribute to the other successful combinations of the classic British rock act, thus providing the complete Purple experience to fans. Ticket prices were held exceptionally low so that no fan of this exciting and unique first era of Purple would have to miss Nick Simper's first visit to Hungary for financial reasons. Tickets can be purchased on the spot for 2500 HUF (about 9 euros) or in advance for 1900 HUF (about 7 euros). Ticketinfo: cryfree@cryfree.hu
