There is a lot of news from the other groups and side-projects of the band members as well. Bassist Csaba Kecskeméti's group Ankou have recently published their second album titled "Vissza a sorba!" (Back In The Line!). Further info and CD ordering at www.ankou.hu

Guitarist János Kállai renamed his band that had been using the name Honeyflak for several years. The new name is Kállai Trio. Another interesting Cry Free related piece of news is that the band's new drummer is none other than the percussionist of the Hungarian Deep Purple Cover Band's first three line-ups (1996-1998), Gábor Nagygyörgy.

We can soon learn about a new side of singer Attila Scholtz, too. He is currently working on an acoustic project with old friend Csaba Tóth, which is to be launched this autumn in the pubs of Budapest. The repertoire will feature the different aspects of the blues genre (blues-rock, southern rock, R&B). Both Atka and Totya will play the guitar, and the blues harp as well as singing, of course. Upon the request of Totya and his own band, Atka will play his electro-acoustic guitar and sing background vocals at major Chubby Blues gigs too, as special guest.
