Cry Free - Deep Purple's Favourite Tribute
The hot premier of the new Cry Free show "Machine Head 40" became even hotter when Accept frontman Mark Tornillo spontaneously joined the band on stage. The two bands were playing at the same venue in different halls, and having finished their set earlier, the members of Accept decided to come over for a couple of drinks. Hearing the Hungarian Deep Purple Cover Band's performance, Tornillo decided to express his wish to get on stage and sing Highway Star with the band. The fun-loving Hungarians immediately said yes, even though they had already performed the song earlier on as the opener. And what a great idea it was, because Cry Free double-fronted by Mark Tornillo and their very own Attila Scholtz really did kick some serious ass. Check it out.
