Ken Hensley (ex-Uriah Heep) and Cry Free playing together for the third time21 February 2012, 00:31

Hensley's original plan to perform that evening was a full solo concert, but when the idea came about that he and Cry Free could be playing together again like a couple of times before, he said yes, so finally what was to follow the one-man show was a short but powerful hard rock finale featuring the British icon with Cry Free. Although Hensley did an excellent interpretation of all the songs that had originally been written for a full rock band on his own this time, leaving no feelings of absence in the fans, everybody in the crowd (fans, musicians, journalists, and promoters) agreed that the real explosion came when Hensley and his Hungarian buddies hit the stage together with the Maestro behind the Hammond and the whole united "new" band rockin' out like crazy.
A short video of this final part is to appear here soon, but till then enjoy the two photo galleries (#1,#2) of the unique event in the Photos section of the site.
